"I was with this State Farm office for about a year. Yeyo was the agent my dad recommended, and I’ll give credit where it’s due he’s very knowledgeable. He took the time to actually explain insurance instead of just selling a policy. I learned a lot about the difference between liability, comprehensive, and full coverage, and why having better coverage matters. A lot of people don’t realize how bad things can get if you’re in an accident with only liability, and he really opened my eyes to that. That said, after about a year my rates kept going up, so I decided to shop around and ended up finding better pricing elsewhere. When I tried calling back to talk to Yeyo, I couldn’t get a hold of him. Weeks went by, and I eventually had to speak with someone else just to cancel my policy. Overall, I think Yeyo is great at explaining insurance and educating people, which is important. The pricing and lack of follow-up toward the end is what pushed me to move on. Insurance in general feels like a necessary evil, but if you’re going to have it, understanding your coverage really matters and that’s something he does well."
